Delivery and Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped FedEx Ground 1-5 day delivery.
Shipping and Handling costs are built in to purchasing system at $10-25 per unit, depending upon size and quantity.

Shipping via FedEx Ground 1-5 day delivery.

In the rare event that GRRReen Lithium Racing Batteries are out of stock, your order may take up to 60 days for delivery.

GRRReen Lithium Racing Battery Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and must include the RMA number. Any product that is returned must be brand new, in excellent condition and packaged in the original carton. Returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and insured via the carrier of your choice to arrive back at GRRReen within 15 days of delivery.

Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless an error was made by GRRReen in shipping. Before returning an item, you must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns will not be accepted beyond 15 days of original delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation request must be placed with the Account Manager Olivia Hustad by calling GRRReen, Inc., 858-951-3111 x 0 or emailing ohustad@grrreen.com . Any order may be cancelled within 24 hours, and if the product has not yet been shipped, you may have up to 72 hours to cancel. For any cancellation to be complete, purchaser must receive a written document from GRRReen, Inc. either by email or fax.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for the Lithium Racing Battery. Exchanges must be returned within 15 days. Please see the GRRReen Return Policy for details. Please note: due to international shipping timelines, exchanges may take up to 60 days to complete.

What is the warranty policy for GRRReen?

GRRReens Lithium Racing Batteries are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, which is good for one year. To process your warranty claim, we will need:

  1. Serial number of the item
  2. Purchase date
  3. Description of the problem
  4. RMA number

How do I obtain an RMA number?

RMA Request Procedure – Please contact the GRRReen Customer Care Department at 858-951-3111 with your return request and an explanation for the return.

I received a damaged item, what do I do?

Although most shipments are received in perfect condition, please carefully inspect all packages for damage. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact GRRReen within 24 hours. Please contact immediately to initiate a claim. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

GRRReen respects your privacy.

We take the confidentiality of your personal information very seriously. For this reason we make every effort to uphold your rights to privacy and to control the use of your personal information.

During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is protected by an enhanced security system. See the Security section below for more details on security measures and procedures. We do not share your personal and financial information with any third parties, except those specified in the Sharing section of this policy.
