“we do not use any electron that come from coal”

Ignoring the improper grammar, how will batteries be charged?

I like his ideas, but there is a deception here. Energy is required to charge batteries, and that energy will be supplied by a power plant.

Currently rechargeable electric cars are charged with a power cord connected to an electric distribution system (power plant) that is fossil-fuel based.

Well, in some cases — most cases today — the power plant is fossil-fuel based. But it depends on what part of the country you’re in. More wind farms and solar arrays are coming online all the time. It’s a new paradigm, no doubt, and he probably is glossing that part over. But it’s a big, necessary change, and I’m glad he’s leading the charge (so to speak).
