Daniel Sperling, co-author of “Two Billion Cars: Driving Towards Sustainability” and a professor of Civil Engineering and Environmental Science and Policy at UC Davis, was a guest on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart earlier this week to discuss the role of governmental policy in changing our car culture. Clearly he’s no fan of corn ethanol.
